Taking it easy today,
resting for the week ahead,
enjoying simple pleasures.
Meals:
Omelette with mushrooms, spinach and colby dill cheese, fruit.
Salad.
Turkey meatloaf with zucchini, onion and garlic. 1/2 small baked potato plain, and salad with balsamic vinaigarette.
Snacks:
Non-fat iced decaf venti Latte...made at home with my Espresso machine. Christmas presents--Illy decaf espresso pods!
1/2 leftover stuffed pepper (the last, finally!)
Almonds.
