Meals
Breakfast: Superbowl Sunday Breakfast Tostada--1 low fat tortilla, non-fat Greek yogurt, salsa,
lettuce, kale, onions, peppers, beans, tomatoes, sprinkle of cheese, and scrambled eggs.
Fruit.
Fruit.
Lunch: Sweet potato wedge, salad with balsamic vinigarette, kale sauteed with garlic, basil &
lemon (Yum!)
Supper: Leftovers from yesterday (turkey meatloaf on whole grain bread "thin."
Snacks: Almonds, coffee, Ice Cream (made with only frozen fruit & a bit of peanut butter)
