As they say in Vegas when a show is closed,
my blog will be dark until Saturday.
Three days dark while I concentrate on
preparation for Sunday's climb.
Single focus.

Tuesday  February 21st

Meals
Omelette with fresh basil, kale, spinach, onion, garlic, tomato, avocado
Grilled chicken breast strips with Indian vegetarian leftovers, (on a tortilla!)
     Yogurt sauce dribbled on top
Dark Chocolate, Muscle Milk Lite protein shake
Whole grain crackers and Ajver (red pepper spread)

Workouts
1 hr. Pilates solo session
45 minutes cardio and stretching
