As they say in Vegas when a show is closed,

Omelette with fresh basil, kale, spinach, onion, garlic, tomato, avocadoGrilled chicken breast strips with Indian vegetarian leftovers, (on a tortilla!)
Yogurt sauce dribbled on top
Dark Chocolate, Muscle Milk Lite protein shake
Whole grain crackers and Ajver (red pepper spread)
Workouts
1 hr. Pilates solo session
45 minutes cardio and stretching
